HR Teachers - Please hold the field trip lunch slips that parents are returning. The cafe will need a count of ONLY the bagged lunches that students will need the cafe to supply for field day by Wednesday, May 30th.
Several of the OJRHS graduating seniors will be visiting us for the annual cap and gown walk this Wednesday afternoon around 1:45PM. Please have your students join us in the hallway.
Teachers of Math:
- The EOY Tests should be administered between Monday 5/14 and Friday 6/1.
- All tests should be scored and entered into Skyward by 6/5/2018.
REMINDER - The building will be open on Saturday, June 2nd from 9-3PM for anyone interested in extra time to pack.
There are WFSG or dept meetings scheduled for the remainder of the year . Students will still report to the APR on day #1 to give you time in your room to pack.
Please see Adria's description of theorganization of the FP Folders. Folders need to organized in a similar way. Please remember that ALL students need to have an FP3 completed by the end of May. Younger readers move quickly through the levels. If it has been a month or two since a younger reader has had a formal reading assessment, it is advised to complete another FP3 before the end of May.
